Bio

Richard is a partner at FTV Capital and head of the London office. He joined the firm in 2024 to lead and grow the London team and deepen FTV’s presence across Europe. He leads investments in financial technology and services and enterprise technology and services. Prior to joining FTV, Richard spent 13 years at Hg, investing across Europe and the United States in financial software and data businesses. His technology investing experience includes insurance, asset and wealth management, capital markets, and regulation and compliance technologies. He began his career at Deloitte Consulting where he worked on a range of strategy, technology and M&A advisory projects.
