Karen has been at FTV Capital for over 23 years and leads the firm’s efforts in strategic business development, investor relations, fundraising and marketing. Karen and her team work with portfolio companies to help facilitate access to potential customers through FTV’s Global Partner Network. She also works closely with the firm’s limited partners and prospective limited partners. Karen has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining FTV, Karen spent nearly a decade with Wells Fargo in a variety of marketing and product management positions. Prior to her work at Wells Fargo, Karen held several sales, trading and marketing roles at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and Shearson Lehman Brothers in New York.
