Ali leads organizational talent at FTV Capital, overseeing the continuum of human capital initiatives including internal leadership, learning and wellness. Ali also provides comprehensive talent advisory services to the firm’s portfolio companies as part of FTV’s resource program, FTV Propel, designed to deliver valuable expertise to help drive growth. Prior to joining FTV, Ali was responsible for human capital management at TCV. Prior to TCV, Ali was a senior client partner and practice head at both Korn/Ferry International and Heidrick & Struggles. She also held senior executive positions at alternative investment firms Arden Asset Management, Och-Ziff Capital Management and Citadel Investment Group.
