Pål joined FSN Capital in 2019. He has business strategy and operational improvement experience from The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant and Project Leader, and has co-founded and managed Voxtra, an impact investment fund focused on East Africa. Pål is trained as an officer in the Norwegian Army and has served in the NATO operation in Bosnia-Hercegovina. He holds an MSc in Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
