Nicolai joined FSN Capital in 2014. He has business strategy, operations and M&A experience from McKinsey & Company where he was an engagement manager. He has deal structuring and execution experience from Kromann Reumert law firm where was an attorney-at-law specializing in M&A. He holds a J.D. in law, a B.A. in law, and a B.A. in philosophy.
