Jesper has more than 20 years of experience from Operational & HR Leadership roles from Danaher and TDC. At Danaher, Jesper spent seven years as VP HR in Radiometer in Copenhagen, 3 years as VP HR for Videojet, Foba & Linx with base in Chicago and a year as VP HR at Leica Microsystems in Germany. At TDC Jesper was CHRO. Jesper has significant experience in Transformations, Talent Management & Talent Acquisition aside of establishing core business processes and capabilities. Jesper has a Ph.D. in Industrial Pscyhology from University of Copenhagen, Institute of Pscyhology. Started as Executive Advisor at FSN Capital in 2016 heading Talent & Process Excellence (FEF).
