But it’s not just about what you know. The way Scott sees it, success comes through deeply engaging with our companies’ businesses, being there to support and guide their progress (not dictating what they do). It’s about helping them deliver the very best solution they can to their customers. Fundamentally, it’s a team game. Outside the firm, you’ll find him hitting the open road on his Harley, following the fortunes of his beloved Liverpool in soccer, and relaxing with some good old-fashioned yardwork.
