An Operating Partner with the firm, Rob works across all our portfolio companies to help them maximize the effectiveness of their human capital in how they attract, develop, and retain the talent they’ll need to succeed. While Rob brings experience in a variety of business functions, his passion is ensuring that everything to do with human capital within a portfolio company is aligned and contributing towards the business achieving its goals. He works with our companies to put in place the kinds of systems and support to help them develop great HR leaders, And he coaches those leaders in how they can create and sustain outstanding teams. It’s this passion for helping people at all levels grow and fulfill their potential that makes Rob perfect for the role. Outside the firm, Rob loves to travel, spend time with his family, and work on his golf game.
