Mary Anne brings over three decades of business experience to her role as an Operating Partner at Frontier. Experience that includes scaling one start-up to a successful $450m exit and growing another from ground zero to $1bn in revenue in just four years. As a been-there-done-that entrepreneur, Mary Anne deeply understands the DNA of the entrepreneurial company. She knows what it takes to accelerate growth and leverage the real value drivers behind business success. Mary Anne is particularly passionate about healthcare technology. Technology that’s fundamentally about transforming the consumer experience to be more person focused, accessible, and economically sustainable. She believes it offers a unique opportunity to make a real-world impact. Outside the firm, living on the Chesapeake, you won’t be surprised to find Mary Anne indulging her love of sailing. When not on the water, she is heavily involved in Women’s Business Leaders in Healthcare, a non-profit that helps women on their journey to corporate board service.
