As an Operating Partner at Frontier, Mark works with the leadership of our companies to help improve their operations—from sales to marketing, customer service to product development. He brings extensive experience as a CEO of a high-growth SaaS company himself and as a consultant working with technology businesses at all stages of maturity. He loves the variety of working with different companies with different challenges. He helps them take the best practices that sit in a few individual’s heads, refining them and making them repeatable and scalable across the organization. Mark has been a part of the SaaS revolution from the very beginning and remains excited about how software can be developed better, delivered faster, and can revolutionize how businesses and public sector organizations operate. Outside the firm, you’ll regularly find Mark on the tennis court and, in summer, racing sailboats on the Great Lakes. The rest of his time is taken up by a growing number of grandchildren.
