As our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, Lori helps to ensure we both run an efficient operation and comply with key industry regulations. Having been with the firm since 2007, she’s seen our business grow as more growth-stage software companies have discovered us a better fit for their ambitions. Over that time, she’s driven the finance function to help us deliver on our vision for success—both within our own firm and for our portfolio companies. Lori has plenty of opportunities to see the benefits software offers for herself. From creating efficient workflows to freeing up our people’s time to focus on what really matters, she welcomes how today’s platforms offer a direct route to continuous improvement. Outside of work, Lori enjoys reading, gardening, crocheting, and visiting her kids in college—a perfect balance to her detail-driven professional life.
