and access,
Andrew co-founded Frontier in 1999 to serve what was then a largely ignored sector of the market—high-growth B2B software businesses. The way he saw it, these were the firms fundamentally changing every aspect of how we work—firms that were almost infinitely scalable but which faced specific challenges in taking their businesses to the next level. Today, Andrew leads our investment committee and oversees Frontier’s investment strategy. He works with our teams to identify the kinds of businesses where we can make a real impact. And he loves spending time with our portfolio companies to identify the strategies that can enable them to unlock their full potential. He is a firm believer in developing strong, transparent relationships where everything is open to challenge and debate. To his mind, it’s only when everything is on the table that you can harness the creativity needed for breakthrough results. Andrew also leads the Frontier Capital Foundation—our way of helping those in our community who are making a positive social impact to people’s lives. Outside of the firm, you’ll find Andrew playing guitar in his band, B#, covering everything from Tom Petty and Fleetwood Mac to Green Day and Blink 182.
