Mike first joined Frontenac as an Associate in 2001 and rejoined the firm in 2009. He leads the firm’s services investing activity. Mike is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and collaborating with portfolio companies. He is a director at CertainPath, Dealer Services Network, Integris, Motion Solutions, RCG Global Services, and Scholarus Learning. His prior investments and directorships include TPC, SalientCRGT, A.H. Harris, H-E Parts, Behavioral Health Group, Crescent Healthcare, and e+ CancerCare. Mike is a member of the firm’s Investment and Management Committees. He leads the firm’s organizational development and co-leads the firm’s work with limited partners. Mike began his career as an analyst at DLJ Merchant Banking and later served as a Senior Associate at Genstar Capital. A Michigan native, Mike graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
