Mr. Skoler is an experienced investor/operating manager with middle-market companies. Mr. Skoler currently serves on the Board of Directors of Salon Lofts Group, Iconic Group, Inc. and Madan Plastics, Inc. Mr. Skoler has also served as the President of Madan Plastics since 1988, as the Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of Kenlin Pet Supply, Inc. from 1992 to 1997 and as a member of the Board of Directors of Box Services, LLC, Ballet Jewels LLC, Hopkins Manufacturing Corp., Accessories Marketing, Inc., Woodstream Corporation, CNC Global Limited, and NAS Holdings Corp. Mr. Skoler holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from The Stanford Graduate School of Business.
