Scott R. Earthy founded Fremont Private Holdings in 2012. He has more than fifteen years of experience making direct private investments in growing middle market companies using long term family office capital. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and actively involved on the Board of Directors and Management Committees of many of Fremont Private Holdings’ investments including In-Shape Health Clubs, a health club chain, Mission Product Holdings, a manufacturer of athletic accessories and apparel, Process Displays, a designer and manufacturer of retail environments, fixtures and displays, Morrie’s Automotive Group, a leading retail automotive dealership chain, and the Flynn Group of Companies, a building envelope trade contractor. He is based in New York. Prior to joining Fremont, Mr. Earthy was a Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee at Ingleside Investors, a single family investment office in New York. Earlier in his career, he sourced and executed direct investments on behalf of the Chicago-based Pritzker family and the Vancouver-based Armstrong family. Mr. Earthy’s other previous work experience includes the mergers and acquisitions practice of Goldman Sachs and the financial institutions group at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Earthy has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University and an MBA from Stanford University.
