Bio

Ronald is a Partner and COO and is based in the London office. Prior to Fremman, Ronald was Head of Operations at Actis LLP and a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch Global PE. Prior to that, roles included being CFO of two FTSE listed companies, St James’s Place plc and RIT Capital Partners PLC. He has 37 years of senior level experience heading operations functions and supporting private equity, energy, real estate and investment management in Western Europe, USA, Africa, South America and Asia. He has led many pan-European and global tax structuring work streams and held multiple board roles including regulated and non-regulated entities in Luxembourg where he has particularly relevant experience. Ronald is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University.
