Bio

Michael Alley’s experience includes work with middle-market companies and debt capital markets, including leveraged finance portfolio management, debt restructuring, private equity, and high yield investing at ORIX Corporation in Dallas, TX for five years. He graduated summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University in 2008, where he earned a BBA in Finance from the Cox School of Business. After working with ORIX, Michael earned his MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2015. He interned with Freestone in 2007 and 2014. Born in the Midwest, but transplanted to Houston during childhood, Michael is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder and is a member of the CFA Societies of Houston and San Antonio.
