Bio

William M. Wardlaw joined Freeman Spogli in 1988 and became a partner in 1991. From 1984 to 1988, Mr. Wardlaw was Managing Partner in the Los Angeles law firm of Riordan & McKinzie. Prior to 1984, he served as a partner in the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers. Mr. Wardlaw received his bachelor's degree with highest honors from Whittier College in 1968 and earned a juris doctor degree in 1972 from the University of California, Los Angeles Law School.
