Tanya joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in January 2020 on the Growth Buyout team. She is the human capital practice leader, responsible for the continued development of the human capital team and impact they have on portfolio value creation plans. Additionally, her expertise in talent management including executive coaching, retention and succession planning builds essential leadership capabilities, culture, engagement and performance across the firm and portfolio. Tanya has over 20 years of global HR management and process improvement experience in healthcare, technology, and consumer packaged goods. This includes increasing levels of responsibility, including a focus on talent and culture transformation at companies including Hospira, PharMEDium, Dyson, Inc., AMETEK (NYSE: AME), and Sara Lee. Prior to joining Frazier, she founded her own talent development consulting firm while serving as the interim Chief People Officer for Matrix Medical Network, a Frazier portfolio company. Tanya is a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation, a nonprofit organization housing the premier network of female executives across the health care industry. She received her BS in Recreation Therapy at Indiana University and her MBA at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
