Bio

Phil joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2012, and is a Partner on the Growth Buyout investment team. He currently serves on the Boards of AirLife and CSafe. Previously, Phil served on the Board of CPS Solutions and was involved with several of Frazier’s portfolio companies, including Northfield Medical, HOPCo, Golden State Medical Supply, Solis Mammography, and DSI Renal. Prior to Frazier, Phil was an Analyst with RBC Capital Markets, where he worked on a variety of engagements, including mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance. Phil holds a BS in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
