Nicole joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in April 2023 to support portfolio company growth through commercial strategy, marketing, and sales. Nicole has over 10 years of experience in helping develop commercial capabilities. Her responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets, driving customer growth through multi-million-dollar lead generation programs, and improving sales force effectiveness across the customer lifecycle. Prior to Frazier, she was a Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Cerberus Capital Management, a $60 billion multi-strategy investment firm, where she drove commercial growth across companies and during due diligence. During her tenure at Cerberus, Nicole delivered $300M in sales for a direct-to-consumer retail company through customer segmentation and omni-channel digital marketing. She also led the launch of a new product for a healthcare therapy provider that resulted in $26M in revenue in its first year in market. Before Cerberus, Nicole was a Director of Strategy at Publicis Groupe, one of the world’s largest communications firms, where she supported drug and product launches for pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare companies. Nicole received her BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
