Bio

Michael joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in August 2022 as a Center of Excellence Partner, Mergers & Acquisitions. Michael has over 20 years of management consulting and M&A transaction experience. He has worked with a myriad of private and public companies on topics ranging from M&A, divestitures, and strategic transformations. Since joining Frazier, Michael has successfully partnered with AirLife, Apollo Intelligence, EPTAM, and Elevate on integration and synergy achievement activities. In addition to his leadership role on add-on acquisitions throughout the portfolio, Michael has also led the 100-Day Value Maximization program for Vatica Health, a recent platform acquisition. Prior to joining Frazier, Michael was a Senior Director in A&M's Private Equity Practice. Previously, he was with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Transactions group, and before that, Michael spent six years at McKinsey & Company in New York. Throughout his career, Michael has led multiple buy-side and sell-side deals in the healthcare and life sciences sector, including but not limited to, leading the Integration Management Office (IMO) and value creation activities in a merger of two clinical research organizations. He led the integration and synergy capture for a PE-backed platform merger in the medical imaging industry, which resulted in doubling the cost savings estimates in the deal model. He supported the sale and carve-out activities of a Women’s Health business from its “big pharma” parent. More recently, Michael has led due diligence and integration efforts for transactions in healthcare tech (e.g., Outpatient Rehabilitation SaaS, EMR, RCM), medical device manufacturing, and home health services sectors. Michael earned an MBA degree from Cornell University.
