Jay joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in February 2022 and brings over 20 years of experience in corporate FP&A, sales and operations finance, and data analytics, specializing in data management and process improvement. He has partnered with Frazier portfolio companies United Digestive, Effective School Solutions, and Adare Pharma Solutions to improve forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and financial and operational reporting processes. Prior to joining Frazier, Jay was Director of Finance at Fiserv Inc., a global fintech and payments company, leading the forecasting, reporting, and quarterly review processes for the Technology and Operations organization. Before Fiserv, he was Director of FP&A at Healthcare Solutions, which was acquired by Optum Rx, and had an integral reporting role during the transaction. Jay also held a director position at US Motivation, where he managed FP&A internally and sales programs and data analytics for AT&T Wireless.
