Harish joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2021 and brings over 20 years of experience in both medium and large global public companies with expertise in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), regulatory compliance, and information security. Prior to joining Frazier, Harish served in executive and leadership roles, including as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and senior leader of global risk management and regulatory compliance for a public multinational company. There he developed and led the company’s ERM program, matured the company’s risk and compliance postures, and successfully developed a global HIPAA compliance program from the ground up. Harish additionally helped perform due diligence on the company’s healthcare acquisitions. More recently, Harish led an enterprise-wide IT regulatory compliance, audit, and risk management function at a $1 billion home-healthcare company and guided strategic risk decisions during its transition from a Blackstone private equity-owned company to public. Earlier in his career, Harish led risk, audit, and regulatory compliance engagements at various Fortune 500 companies while with Big Four accounting firm KPMG and global management consulting firm Protiviti.
