Emily joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in January 2023 as Vice President, Human Capital. She supports pre-investment organizational due diligence and post-acquisition human capital initiatives with a focus on Executive in Residence, Senior Advisor, and portfolio leadership recruitment. Prior to Frazier, Emily served as CEO at Elevation Search Solutions, where she spent over five years leading talent acquisition initiatives for high-growth companies across the nation. She executed several searches across the Frazier Center of Excellence team and portfolio companies including Caravel Autism Health, CSafe Global, Effective School Solutions, Leiters, and Adare Pharma Solutions. Emily is an active member of the Nashville Health Care Council, a premier association of healthcare industry leaders. She also serves as President on the YP Board at The Next Door Recovery, a nonprofit organization providing evidence-based substance abuse and mental healthcare services to women. Emily received her BA in Sociology and Art from Furman University.
