Pedro leads Fourshore Partners, Fourshore Capital’s Private Equity arm. Pedro has over 25 years of operating and strategy/M&A consulting experience. Having led the Foliage Division at Costa Farms, the world’s largest ornamental plant supplier, Pedro played an integral role in acquiring and integrating numerous acquisitions in the houseplant industry, as well as preparing Costa Farms for its successful sale to Markel Corporation. Prior to Costa Farms, Pedro spent seven years at Bain & Co. in the Boston and Atlanta offices. While at Bain, Pedro worked with leading global corporate clients and private equity firms, assisting them with strategy development, M&A support, and operational improvement assignments. Pedro has B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
