After time spent in strategy consulting, Arent founded his own business in 1994. From that moment on, Arent has been building businesses and has occupied various positions including member of the executive team of a German listed chain of bakeries that expanded into a multinational with 15,000 employees. Arent’s credo is ‘make no small plans’: he is highly enthusiastic about developing growth plans and subsequently accomplishing them with the right people. Together with Guido, Arent focuses on acting as a critical sounding board for the entrepreneurs and management teams of companies in which Foreman invests. They also share overall responsibility for day-to-day operations.
