Bio

Luca Ravano has been Senior Partner of Fondo Italiano d'Investimento SGR since May 2021. He co-founded in 2010 Mast Capital Partners and Winch Italia SICAF, as the Italian platform of Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners (now Andera Partners) for mainly minority investments in SMEs for growth. In 2004, upon his experience at San Paolo Imi Private Equity in Milan, he started and managed Aletti's investment programs in Italian SMEs as General Manager of Aletti Private Equity SGR and Head of Investments of Aletti Merchant. He started his career in London at San Paolo and Hambros Bank. Luca has completed and led about 20 minority and majority investments in Italian SMEs within different sectors and has been a member of the boards of directors of several investee companies and investment committees of private equity funds. He graduated from Bocconi University.
