Bio

Mr. Friedman founded Flexis Capital in 2009. Prior to joining Flexis, Mr. Friedman was President, Private Equity and Longer-Term Investments at a multi-strategy hedge fund. From 2000 to 2008, Mr. Friedman was at Bear, Stearns & Co. where he served as a Vice Chairman of Investment Banking and Global Chairman of Mergers & Acquisitions. He was also a member of the Investment Committee for Bear Stearns Merchant Banking and served on the President's Advisory Council. Mr. Friedman received an A.B. with honors and distinction in economics and history from Stanford University in 1983, and a J.D. with honors from Stanford Law School in 1986.
