Andrew is a founding member of the Fletch investment team with over 10 years of lower middle market private equity experience. From 2009 to 2018 Andrew participated on the deal teams of seven Celerity Partners portfolio companies in healthcare, transportation, energy and aerospace. Andrew holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
