Andy Kemp is a managing director at First Capital Partners and is responsible for investment origination and execution as well as working with portfolio companies after closing. Previously, he was the CFO of Natura Pet Products, a manufacturer of premium pet products based in Fremont, Nebraska, where he led the company’s sale to Procter & Gamble. Prior to that Andy led mergers and acquisitions engagements with First National Mergers & Acquisitions and before that he was with Government Properties Trust, a publicly traded REIT. He began his career at the First National Bank of Omaha. He serves on the boards of directors of BTM Company, Entegra Attachments, Kiefer Aquatics, and Koontz-Wagner Services. Andy received a BA in history and political science from Emory University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
