Bio

Prior to joining First Atlantic Capital in 2003, Mr. Pedroni was an engagement manager in the Corporate Finance & Strategy group at McKinsey & Company in Italy, consulting with leading European companies on their corporate development strategies, capital investment initiatives, and organizational structure. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Pedroni was an executive director in the New York office of CIBC World Markets, where he provided investment banking services and financing solutions to clients in the transportation and aerospace-defense industries. Prior to that, he was an associate in the Corporate Finance department at JPMorgan Chase in New York starting in 1993. Mr. Pedroni holds a graduate degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy
