Prior to joining FIMI in 2012, Mr. Ben-Zvi held CEO and senior executive positions at Magic Software Enterprises (NASDAQ/TASE), Wizcom Technologies (FRANKFURT) and Top Image Systems (NASDAQ, TASE). Mr. Ben-Zvi is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Unitronics (TASE), Utron (TASE) and Stern Engineering. Mr. Ben-Zvi is a Director of EMET Computing (TASE), Hadera Paper (TASE), and C. Mer Industries (TASE). Mr. Ben-Zvi holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and a LL.B. (Bachelor of Law), Cum Laude, from Tel Aviv University.
