Bio

Bob joined FFL in 2013 and focuses on human capital within the portfolio. He works closely with FFL's companies on executive development and broader talent management. Bob has more than 35 years of executive experience and held top leadership roles at two Fortune 500 companies, but no less formative or worthwhile in his mind was his early job as a day laborer at a copper mine in Arizona.
