Bio

Wendy is responsible for development and execution of Fengate's debt management strategy, and management of firm-wide lender relationships across infrastructure, private equity and real estate platforms. She also manages and executes all real estate and fund-level debt financing activities. Prior to joining Fengate, Wendy was a director in Real Estate Markets at RBC, where she managed a portfolio of prominent real estate developers and property owners. In her role, Wendy managed her clients' banking and debt financing needs, including origination, structure, and execution of bi-lateral and syndicated real estate debt transactions and lending strategies. Wendy holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant) and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
