Brandey McDonald is responsible for P3 infrastructure asset management, specializing in the K-12 market in the US. She currently oversees the development of the Prince George’s County Public Schools alternative construction financing project. Brandey joined Fengate in March 2021. Her distinguished career includes positions in municipal investment banking, commercial real estate lending, and contracting. Prior to joining Fengate, Brandey was an owner’s representative with MGAC overseeing the development of state-of-the-art school projects for the District of Columbia Department of General Services. Brandey holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cincinnati and master’s degrees in finance and real estate from American University.
