Andrew Cogan leads Fengate’s infrastructure investment origination and execution activities on behalf of the firm’s infrastructure funds. Andrew is responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution, and fair valuing the infrastructure investments for financial reporting purposes. Prior to joining Fengate Infrastructure, Andrew worked at CIBC World Markets as a director advising on mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financing for the North American power and utilities sector. Before CIBC, he was with Accenture for five years as a strategy consultant. Andrew’s infrastructure focus areas include: renewables, gas-fired generation, midstream, social and transportation infrastructure. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and joined Fengate in 2014.
