Bio

Ms. Dunn joined us in 2007, and is a Managing Director and a Senior Counsel in the Legal and Compliance group. Prior to joining, Ms. Dunn served as an associate in the Chicago and San Francisco offices of Sidley Austin LLP in its investment funds, advisers and derivatives practice group. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law with a J.D. and the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. cum laude in History and Anthropology. She is a co-author of the first edition of the book U.S. Regulation of Hedge Funds.
