Ms. Washam joined Falfurrias Capital Partners in 2019, bringing 25 years of experience to the team. She serves as Executive Administrator, working for Hugh McColl, Jr., Marc Oken and Joe Price. Previously, Ms. Washam served as Assistant to the President and CEO for almost 13 years at Foundation For The Carolinas (FFTC), the 6th largest community foundation in the United States with assets owned or represented of $2.5B. Prior to FFTC, Ms. Washam previously worked with the CEO of the Charlotte Area Transit System and the Mayor/City Manager's office of the City of Charlotte.
