Mattias is Senior Financial Controller at Fairford. Since 2015, his tasks have included accounting, capital market issues and corporate governance with companies of different sizes in a wide range of sectors. Mattias joined the Fairford family in 2019. Mattias is born and raised in Östersund, Jämtland. After obtaining an economics degree at Örebro University and worked for a few years in Stockholm, he returned to his home town to join Fairford. Mattias works closely with Fairford’s CFO and the finance departments of our companies. He is driven by new opportunities to add value and enhance the quality of our operations and financial control. He is also very interested in financial issues and new ideas in risk management, company valuation, financial analysis and accounting. With the rest of the Group Finance team, Mattias is responsible for overall reporting at Fairford.
