Bio

Bengt is the CEO and Chairman of Fairford. He has 13 years’ experience from investment and owner-related matters as well as board experience from around 20 companies in various niches both as a member and chairman. Bengt began his career in corporate finance for a number of years before joining the Fairford family. Originally raised on Frösön in Östersund, he moved to Uppsala for studies in Business Administration and Commercial Law before moving to Stockholm. He spent 16 years in Stockholm prior to returning home to Östersund where he now lives with his family. When he gets time off from work and family life Bengt enjoys music and playing the guitar. Bengt’s ambition is for Fairford to continue to be a stable and long-term owner and for the culture and values that have been built up to carry on. He is motivated to lead the Fairford team’s development as an investment organisation and that we continuously become more professional in our role as owners of our companies.
