In F2i since 2017, he is Senior Partner in the Equity Investment Team. Currently, he is member of the Board of Directors of EI Towers. He has about 30 years of experience in managerial positions within energy, infrastructure and large industrial groups, such as Fiat, Montedison, Edison, A2A. Over the years, he managed M&A transactions with a total value of over € 15 billion, mainly in the infrastructure sector (Edison and A2A electricity networks, district heating, Edison’s gas transport and storage, Montedison shipyards, Tecnimont/Maire plant engineering), in the energy sector (Fiat Italenergia/Edison, A2A/Edipower, Aspem, Endesa/E.ON Italia), in automotive (Fiat, Magneti Marelli) and telecommunications (Edisontel, Metroweb). He has been the CEO of Alerion and E2i, Italian companies leading in the construction and management of renewable energy plants. He has been member of the board of directors of several industrial companies, for instance Edison, Edipower, Metroweb, TowerTel and IRIDEOS. He graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and has an MBA from Insead, Fontainebleau (France).
