At F2i since 2016, she is a Senior Partner, CFO and Head of Administration, Finance, Control and Vehicles Administration Team. She has extensive experience in planning, control and finance, built in previous managerial posts with major international groups and in Italian energy and multi-utility industrial groups. Previously, she was a member of the operations department of ABB combustion engineering, a local subsidiary of the ABB Group. In 2000, she joined Alstom Power Italia as financial director for gas and the environment, handling the administration, planning and control of projects in these sectors. In 2003 she moved to the AEM Group (now A2A), where she rose in the ranks from network planning & control manager to supervisor of reorganization/integration of the recently acquired Ecodeco Group, lastly becoming group planning and controlling manager. In this position, she was head of integration of administration and control processes following the merger in 2008 between A2A, Asm and Amsa, a transaction that created the largest Italian multi-utility. In 2014 she became head of planning and control at the A2A Group, reporting directly to the CFO and managing a team of 90 people. In this ambit, she managed the Group's planning, budget and forecast processes, coordinating all the structures involved. She also coordinated the group’s month-end reports, including the holding companies and subsidiaries. Her department also cooperated with the administrative department in preparing the year-end and quarterly financial reports. She supported the management in the evaluation of the main projects in the sectors in which the Group operated and prepared the management and consolidated reports as well as the report for the Board of Directors. She also supported the IR structure in managing relations and communication with the financial marke, taking care of relations with rating companies. She was a member of the Board of Directors of A2A Electric Networks, A2A Gas Network, A2A Distribution Services, Selene and A2A Ciclo Idrico. At present, she serves in the Board of Directors of EF Solare Italia, EI Towers, IREN Acqua, Sorgenia and ReLife. She has a degree in Management Engineering from the Milan Polytechnic.
