Jens has held employment and leading positions within various industries. First in the listed industrial conglomerate Schouw & Co., where strategic work and optimization processes were carried out in companies such as Martin Professional, Grene, Hydragrene, Elopak, Biomar, Xergi. The further career then included Jens' employment at Fibertex, which is owned by Schouw & Co, and the subsequent recruitment to the shipping company, Unifeeder, where Jens worked with business development, M&A and strategic purchasing. Jens has also worked under the ownership of two different capital funds – respectively Nordic Capital and the English Montagu, which is one of the world's oldest capital funds. Jens has thus been heavily involved in both M&A activities and optimization processes. Jens holds and has held a large number of board positions and thus also has experience with board work in e-commerce companies, trading companies and industrial companies. Since 2016, Jens has run the investment company ReZinck with activities within trading companies and subscription business. On the basis of this experience, Jens' core competences lie particularly within business development with his ability to lead companies to the next phase as well as a sense of seeing opportunities and familiarizing himself with companies' business. Jens is also financially strong and has the ability to see special optimization opportunities within the financial area. Jens is educated Cand. Merc. in Strategy and Management from Aarhus.
