Flemming has a long career behind him, where he has mainly dealt with management within finance, IT and HR in industrial and commercial companies. Flemming is educated Cand. Merc. from the School of Business in Aarhus, and has further education from Columbia Business School. He has had financial responsibility in companies such as Pedershaab, APV Pasilac, Thorn & Jakobsen, Fleggaard Retail, Arovit and was most recently CFO at Sanistål A/S. During his career, Flemming has acquired solid management experience with extensive strategic change projects involving changes in the company's business model. In these projects, it has been particularly important for Flemming to ensure that the vision is realized and that the employees are involved in change projects, so that the measures are anchored in the company. Furthermore, Flemming has run international initiatives with cross-organisational involvement. Flemming has a particular interest in ERP, WMS, Webshops, EDI and digital trade, and has had overall responsibility for several large and successful projects within this. As CFO, Flemming has been involved in several M&A activities and also has experience with a large and difficult carve-out. In addition, he has had a central role in several real estate transactions as well as the settlement and establishment of commercial leases. Flemming joined Executive Capital as a partner in May 2021, where he contributes his wide range of skills to the purchase and development of Danish companies.
