Danny has spent most of his career working in design and consumer goods across industries such as fashion, audio, skin care, furniture, kitchens and food & beverage. A large part of the time is spent in the H&M group, where for 18 years he helped build the world's largest fashion retail chain. The last 10 years in group management with the main focus on logistics and e-com. The further career spans CSO and CMO at B&O, Group CEO at KappAhl, CEO and partner at Karmameju and finally Group CEO at Designers Company (MENU, by Lassen, Audo). As a board member, Danny has held chairmanships for the capital fund-owned Joe & The Juice and Becksöndergaard as well as a member of the board of the listed TCM A/S. Danny has worked for both listed, family-owned and capital-fund-owned companies and therefore possesses skills within a number of different ownership relationships. Based on this experience, Danny has special skills in developing brands, understanding customer journeys, consistency in the value chain, internationalization and scalability as well as effective management and collaboration in companies. Danny recognizes the importance of ESG and good corporate compliance as fundamental prerequisites for creating value for society and the owners. Every company Danny has been involved in has had a strong global growth agenda, which has been met with corresponding growth in the bottom line. Danny is educated Cand. Merc. in Finance and Accounting from Aarhus. Since January 2023, Danny has been a full-time investor and joined Executive Capital in June 2023.
