Bio

Bo has lived and worked in China for most of his working career. After a savings bank education and studies as an academic economist and Exam art at the Area Studies at Aarhus University, he moved in 1995 to Dalian, China, as Assistant GM at an EAC joint venture within the printing industry. Since then, he worked as a consultant within export promotion for Danish companies for respectively The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Danish Industry. In 2004, he was hired as GM for Struers A/S in China to establish and run their activities in China within the sales of equipment and material testing. Most recently, in 2009, Bo established his own company, EZ-mat Ltd within the same segment, with headquarters in Shanghai. In 2019, the company was sold to the Dutch company Verder Scientific and Bo resigned as Managing Director in the company in 2022 and returned to Denmark after successfully completing the merger of Verder Scientific Shanghai and EZ-mat. In two years, Verder Scientific's results changed from a deficit to a double-digit million profit. Bo joined the partnership in Executive Capital in November 2022.
