Kim Lapcewich is a Partner at Evolution Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based, private investment firm dedicated to small entrepreneurially owned businesses. As an accomplished senior human resources executive, she brings extensive experience delivering strategic human resources solutions paired with sound business acumen for Fortune 500 companies and the ability to curate those solutions for small business owners. Kim brings deep expertise across HR, Organizational Design, Change Management, Leadership Development, Program Design, Succession Planning, and Facilitation and Coaching. As an organizational change agent, she disrupts stagnant practices and harnesses an inclusive approach to build consensus across comprehensive HR functions. She is a trusted advisor to executive leaders and champions innovative transformation and organizational performance designed to scale for growth and gains across any business. Kim is the Principal of Lapecewich Consulting, where she partners with organizations to unravel HR pain points, create tailored transformational solutions, and elevate performance. Before joining ECP, she was the Senior Director of Human Resources for Moen. Here she led comprehensive HR strategy and chief initiatives for all U.S. businesses and global leadership for talent management. Before this, she was a Vice President for KeyBank. Kim launched her career with United Airlines. Kim earned her B.A. from the University of Illinois. She holds certifications in Organizational Design, Change Management, and Myers Briggs. She has been a Featured Speaker on Performance Management, Employee Culture, Talent Lifecycle, and Succession Planning. When Kim is not working, she dedicates her time to her community as a Refugee and Immigration Mentor for the State of Wisconsin. She calls Milwaukee home with her family.
