Bio

Peter Hennessy is a Partner of Everstream Energy Capital Management LLC, the parent company of the Manager. Mr Hennessy has over 14 years of experience in capital markets and renewable energy. Prior to joining EverStream, Mr Hennessy founded White River Solar, along with Paul Huelskamp, where they originated and developed a 350MW portfolio of solar assets, which they sold to SunEdison in 2011. He was previously part of the Utilities and Power Plants group at SunPower, where he worked on project financing and pricing for EPC, warranties, and performance guarantees for hundreds of MW across the US and internationally, including the Dover SUN facility, a 10MW PV plant built with LS Power, and the 250MW California Valley Solar Ranch. Prior to SunPower, Mr Hennessy had several roles in energy finance. He worked in renewable fuels for US Renewables Group with portfolio company REG (NASDAQ: REGI) on refinery working capital optimization. Prior to that, he was part of Citi Alternative Investments platform, Sustainable Development Investments, working on their lead investment of a $140 million in Solar Reserve. Peter began his work in energy with the First Wind project finance team, working on a successful $500 million tax equity and debt financing, and power hedging for a 199MW wind portfolio, which included the first financing of Clipper technology. Mr Hennessy began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on the monetary projections and foreign exchange desks. He has a B.A. in Economics with High Honors from Middlebury College, an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
