Bio

Chris is Managing Partner and co-founder of Eureka Equity Partners (Eureka). Chris is responsible for overall management of the firm, in addition to transaction sourcing, structuring and negotiation, portfolio company management, and limited partner relations. Chris also chairs Eureka's Investment Committee and serves on its Valuation Committee. Chris joined Eureka’s predecessor general partner in 2000 and co-founded Eureka in 2004 to continue to manage Eureka’s family-office-sponsored first fund as an independent private equity firm, growing $50 million of limited partner commitments to aggregate raised capital of nearly $600 million today. Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors of CCA Floors & Interiors, LegalPartners Group and MedForce. Chris's former Board affiliations include Campus Televideo, C/G Electrodes, Cherry Hill Holdings, FlexManage, Maxima Technologies & Systems, Merit Service Solutions, Milestone Marketing, Nailite International, Synygy, Total Military Management, and West Academic Publishing. Prior to Eureka, Chris worked for Murray, Devine & Co., and with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a management consultant, where he focused on systems integration and business process re-engineering engagements. Chris received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Accounting from Villanova University. Chris is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Philadelphia Chapter. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
